Simply filling in our online request form, request form will be sent to our sales department and we will contact you shortly. We will be pleased to assist you with further details and suggest the most appropriate items for your events. For logistic cost, we may contact you via telephone/ email for further details about your events.
Rental Order
Rental quotations do not guarantee item availability. Once we got your signed quotation, we will verify availability and prepare the invoice for payment. All items will be considered reserved/confirmed only when we receive the deposit/payment. Client is responsible to verify all the order details.
Rental Period
Our rental period is normally up to five days. We can also accommodate longer-term rentals for weeks or months, please contact us for details.
If You Do Not Want All Of The Items That had Ordered On Delivery
We will provide you the clean and well-conditioned items upon delivery. If upon inspection of your order, you notice that an item is damaged upon delivery, we will work to replace the item as quickly as possible. If you no longer need an item due to a change of on-site condition or if the items do not fit through any doors/hallways/elevators etc., there is no refund offered on returned items. Clients are responsible for making sure items fit in their event venue as planned. Our website offers items’ dimensions for your space planning.
If An Item Is Damaged During The Event
Our operations team will advise the customer immediately if an item is found lost or damaged upon the conclusion of the event. Charges will applied for any losses, excessive damages, major cleaning or repair.
To Be Present When Order Is Delivered
A client or client’s representative must be present for both the delivery and pick-up of rental items. Clients must provide a name and mobile phone number for an on-site contact to be responsible for receiving and releasing the items. Round-trip transportation cost / logistic cost is in addition to the rental cost and is determined based on the delivery and pickup dates, times and venue.
